Matthew Fijalkiewicz is framed by the hole in the windshield of his 2013 Ford Taurus. Fijalkiewicz was traveling southbound on I-35 in Duluth when a rock tossed from an overpass broke through his windshield. He suffered a broken clavicle and a bruised heart and lung.
