Mid-Minnesota Federal Credit Union (MMFCU) has partnered with HTG Architects and Nor-Son Construction to build a new 6,300 sq. ft. one-story building in Detroit Lakes.

MMFCU recently purchased the future property of the new building, which will be located at 1405 Highway 10 West. Construction is anticipated to begin fall 2017 and is expected to complete in early 2018.

The new location will be full-service and inclusive of a three-lane drive-up teller and a 24-hour ATM. The building will house eight offices, a conference room, and a spacious transaction area.

MMFCU President Chuck Albrecht expresses his excitement of the new facility: "Our organization continues to grow to meet the needs of our members and neighbors. It is an honor and pleasure to build a new more modern and accessible financial facility in the Detroit Lakes community. We look forward to opening our brand new doors in early 2018."

MMFCU is currently located in the heart of downtown Detroit Lakes at 1135 Washington Avenue. The new location will be more accessible via Highway 10 and will feature all financial opportunities that Mid-Minnesota has to offer.
