Lakeshirts announces annual profit share
Lakeshirts, Inc. has announced the distribution of over $1,000,000 of profit share to employees for their help in making 2017 a successful year. A full share equated to over $2,400 per employee.
Lakeshirts' leadership believes in being transparent through open-book management, as well as sharing any success with the employees who helped make it possible. Because of this philosophy and the success of 2017, employees each received a share of the company's 2017 profits.

"We are so proud of our entire staff for all they did to wow our customers in 2017. We are fortunate to have the staff we do and are thrilled we are able to thank them for their hard work by sharing in the profits that were generated."
2017 was a strong year for the company as Lakeshirts saw sales growth every month in 2017 on a year-over-year basis. As such, the company increased their staff from 430 to over 500 employees to ensure continued success, improvement and reliable service for all their customers.
