Neumeister wins UMD achievement award

The Labovitz School of Business and Economics at the University of Minnesota Duluth announces the recipients of Spring Semester’s Excellence and Achievement academic awards.

The awards, presented annually, showcase the School’s graduating students who have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments and exemplary work during their academic career.

Recipients are chosen by faculty, while bachelor of accounting and bachelor of business administration awards are presented to those students with the highest GPA.

Heather Neumeister of Detroit Lakes, an organizational management major, received the Management Studies Department Award for Academic Excellence in Organizational Management.

“LSBE shines with outstanding students, said Dean Kjell R. Knudsen. We recognize those who have far exceeded expectations. They truly aspired to great endeavors while here, and it is with pride that we acknowledge their achievements with these awards.”
