Three adults and four juveniles have been charged in connection with two separate August burglaries within nine days at the same liquor store in Red Lake Falls, Minn.

Liquor and cigarettes were taken in the Aug. 20 and Aug. 29 burglaries at Mike’s Bottle Shop, according to a news release from the Red Lake County Sheriff’s Department.

Shania Felipa Rocha, 18, Crookston, and Timothy Lloyd Jr., 25, Crookston, were charged with two counts third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal damage to property, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, furnishing alcohol to minors and misdemeanor theft in connection with an Aug. 29 burglary at Mike’s Bottle Shop, according to the report.

Justin Paul Hornberger, 18, Red Lake Falls, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal damage to property and misdemeanor theft in the Aug. 29 burglary, according to the report.

All three will make their initial court appearances later this month.

The investigation also led to the arrest of four juveniles, according to the sheriff’s department.

A 15-year-old female and a 17-year-old female, both of Red Lake Falls, were charged with two counts each of third-degree burglary and one count of misdemeanor theft in connection to an Aug. 20 burglary at Mike’s Bottle Shop. They are scheduled to appear in juvenile court in Red Lake Falls later this month.

A 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old male, both of Crookston, were charged with four counts each of third-degree burglary, two counts of misdemeanor theft and one count of third-degree criminal damage to property. They also will appear in juvenile court later this month, according to the report.

Several bottles of alcohol and numerous packs of cigarettes were stolen in the burglaries. The total value of the items stolen in the two thefts is approximately $675 and the estimated property damage is approximately $915, according to the sheriff’s department.
