AmericInn opens in Hawley
AmericInn announced the opening of a newly-constructed 42-room hotel in Hawley, the latest addition to this expanding hotel brand.
The 24,000 square-foot, two-story hotel was constructed by Truline Construction and will be managed by CBM Hospitality. The ownership group includes Dan Noreen, Mark Sellin, and Bill Daggett among others.
This new AmericInn hotel will feature a pub serving drinks, swimming pool and whirlpool, fitness room, hotel-wide internet access and the signature AmericInn hospitality service that has become the brand’s trademark. It is a unique prototype for AmericInn; one designed to fit smaller communities looking for a mid-scale, local hometown hotel.
“We are very pleased to announce another addition to the growing AmericInn system which now includes over 200 locations in 24 states,” said Paul Kirwin, president and CEO of AmericInn. “We look forward to serving our customers at this prime Minnesota location with the distinctive AmericInn hospitality experience that is comfortable, friendly and relaxing,” he added.
The hotel offers the free AmericInn Perk breakfast featuring a variety of hot, home-style breakfast selections along with a 24-hour coffee bar. Additional AmericInn offerings include free wifi and the Easy Rewards guest loyalty program.
The new AmericInn Hawley is located off Highway 10 at 1212 Jetvig Boulevard in Hawley.
Nationwide, AmericInn is in the midst of a $75 million renovation initiative, creating a fresh, updated look and feel throughout all of its locations. The initiative was launched in 2011 and is expected to be completed at the end of this year.
Over the past year, AmericInn has opened new properties in Schaumburg, Ill., just outside of Chicago, Albuquerque, N.M., Oklahoma City, Okl., Petoskey, Mich., Waupun, Wis., and Bloomington, Minn.
