Annandale defeats Detroit Lakes in girls' basketball
The Laker girls' basketball team didn't quite manage to duplicate the feat of their male counterparts on Wednesday, losing to Annandale 47-25 in the third-place match at the Sartell holiday tournament.
Sartell came away with the title on the Sabres' home floor, defeating Princeton 56-43 in the championship. Look for complete results from this week's holiday tournament action in next Wednesday's Detroit Lakes Tribune.
