Arvig acquires All State
Arvig Enterprises announced Friday that it has reached an agreement to acquire All State Communications. The company is headquartered in Sauk Rapids, Minn.
David Arvig, vice president and chief operating officer of Arvig, said, "All State Communications is a well-run, progressive company that complements Arvig in many ways. The All State acquisition aligns with our goal of continuing to grow our communications and entertainment businesses."
All State Communications will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Arvig Enterprises. Its current leadership team and staff will remain in place.
"All State Communications brings a new level of experience and expertise to the Arvig organization, making it a turnkey telecommunications provider. With this acquisition, Arvig will be able to serve a full range of customers, from small local businesses to enterprise customers," said Arvig.
Jared Gapinski, president of All State Communications, added, "Partnering with a larger firm will bring additional resources to our customers and opportunities for our employees."
Known as "Your Low Voltage Systems Specialists," All State Communications provides a full range of services that support voice and data network applications, including design and installation of all types of communications infrastructure, fire alarm systems, security solutions, nurse call systems, wireless and wireless mesh, A/V and sound solutions, along with testing, maintenance, monitoring, inspections and compliance of all types of systems.
The company has experience in a wide variety of industries and has completed projects for organizations such as Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, Fairview Health Systems, Catholic Health Initiative, Jostens, Menards, Woodcraft Industries and Aitkin Public Schools.
