Big bats bomb Yellowjackets
No lead is safe when it concerns the Detroit Lakes softball team’s bats and potent offense.
Recording a team batting average of .382 and any batter from one through nine able to go yard, the latest to fall at the feet of the Lakers were the Perham Yellowjackets Thursday.
The Lakers (8-3) erased two deficits to Perham with some longballs and timely hitting to sweep the Mid-State Conference doubleheader by the scores of 10-4 and 12-4.
