I love the song of the house wren. The chirping, bubbly, and incessant song — nearly as persistent a singer as the red-eyed vireo — is a birdsong that I never grow weary of listening to. What’s more, long after other songbirds have stopped singing deep into our Minnesota summers, the robust little house wren often keeps on a‘sing’n.
