Bond set at $50,000 for man allegedly caught with 369 grams of hallucinogenic mushrooms

Andrew Charles Rettler, 27, of 1671 Crescent Lane No. 6. Sparta, Wis. has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony second-degree controlled substance crime and felony fifth-degree controlled substance crime, possession.

According to court records:

On Saturday at the 10,000 Lakes festival a deputy was called by private festival security operatives to the tunnel between the east gate and the Blue Ox campground.

Rettler had allegedly tried to enter the concert bowl with a backpack, and when asked to reveal its contents, some 369 grams of hallucinogenic mushrooms were found inside, along with a baggie of white powdery substance that allegedly tested positive for ecstasy.

He appeared Monday before District Judge Joe Evans, who set bail or bond at $50,000 and set his next court appearance for Aug. 10.
