Brief: Skinner president of MSPS
Dan Skinner, land services market leader for Ulteig Engineers, has been named president of the Chapter Two Minnesota Society of Professional Surveyors (MSPS).
MSPS is an association dedicated to the promotion and practice of land surveying in the state. Chapter Two covers a 24-county area in northwestern Minnesota and currently has 65 active members.
Skinner has also been named as director of the Minnesota Land Surveyor Foundation. In this role, he will be responsible for raising funds and distributing financial assistance to Minnesota residents interested in pursuing a career in land surveying.
Ulteig Engineers employs more than 340 people and has regional offices in Detroit Lakes and Minneapolis, Minn., Fargo and Bismarck, N.D., and Sioux Falls, S.D. During its 60-year history, the firm has served a broad range of public and private clients.
