Cass deputies seize 170 dogs from puppy mill

WHEATLAND, N.D. – Cass County authorities on Wednesday seized 170 dogs living in filthy, cramped conditions at an apparent puppy mill near here after an anonymous tipster called a deputy state veterinarian.
