From now through March 16, visitors can enjoy the artist's oil and acrylic paintings and mixed media work.

It is rare to find a painting by Emily Williams-Wheeler which doesn't feature a creature from the animal kingdom or the lure of a circus. Bright colors, strange shapes, devilish grins are components of Williams-Wheeler's, "A Circus of Color."

Signature elements of word-play and clever titles complete the body of work.

There is no admission charge to this exhibit and everyone is invited to a reception in Ms. Williams-Wheeler's honor this Sunday, Feb. 17 from 2 to 4 p.m. Please join us to meet the artist.

The Cultural Center is located at 24 Main Ave. N. in New York Mills.

Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Call 218-385-3339 for more information.
