Email News Alerts

For the past month, sixth grade Globetrotter students at Detroit Lakes Middle School have been working hard to make a difference.

For every $15 students collected, a turkey dinner was then purchased by the Becker County Food Pantry. The food shelf will distribute these dinners to area families in need during the holiday season.

Students raised $332, combined it with a $200 donation from the Detroit Lakes Lions and were able to help 35 families.
