Not only is the Detroit Lakes gymnastics team off to a killer start, the Lakers are now breaking records.

Junior Amy Crawford set a new DLHS beam record Thursday evening inside the Flyers Gymnastics facility with her 9.7 score, which netter her a first place in the triangular with Jamestown and Valley City, N.D.

The junior also took first on bars with a 9.65 and the top all-around score with a 37.55, as the Lakers won the meet with a score of 145.9.
