The following items were taken from reports at the Becker County Sheriff's department and Detroit Lakes Police Department.
Friday, July 25
n At 10:10 a.m. an employee at the Detroit Lakes Post Office reported that someone had flipped up all the flags on mailboxes on West Lake Drive. He said it happens every time there is a festival, and wants extra patrols and the perpetrator jailed when caught.
n At 10:58 a.m. a Waubun woman reported a cabin burglary.
n At 11:29 a.m. a Menahga man reported that he was injured in an incident that involved a dog chasing his motorcycle on the 23000 block of County Road 47. He was treated at Dakota Clinic in Park Rapids.
n At 1:03 p.m. a burglary was reported at Lady Slipper Design in Osage. A door jamb was broken to gain entry and a large quantity of various types of ammunition was stolen.
n At 5:42 p.m. an Ogema man reported someone broke into his deceased mother's house and stole an air conditioner.
n At 6:30 p.m. a Callaway man reported an assault at 10KLF.
n At 6:55 p.m. a smoldering porch was reported on the 900 block of Summit Avenue. Firefighters were there for about 15 minutes.
Saturday, July 26
n At 12:46 a.m. a garage, vehicle and house were reported on fire at a White Earth village residence across from the school. Everybody was able to get out of the house safely. The White Earth Fire Department handled the fire.
n At 10:52 a.m. an Audubon man reported the theft of a green Next mountain bike.
n At 2:29 p.m. a motorcycle accident was reported on Highway 113 east of County Road 37. An ambulance crew from North Memorial in Park Rapids was on the scene for about an hour, as were tribal police officers and the State Patrol. No other details were available.
n At 7:03 p.m. an east Grand Forks woman reported a cabin, bunk house and shed had been broken into on the 38000 block of Tulaby Lake Road.
n At 8:43 p.m. a Detroit Lakes man reported the theft of a 6-gallon gas can from a pontoon at Long Bridge.
n At 8:47 p.m. Fargo MeritCare reported a male treated for injuries suffered in an assault two hours earlier on the Ottertail River.
Friday, July 27
n At 1:59 a.m. an assault was reported at Northwoods Campground at the 10,000 Lakes Fest.
n At 10:42 a.m. a Blaine man reported the theft of two dirt bikes -- a 2004 Honda CR 70 and a 2005 Honda CRF 150 -- on the 40000 block of the Elbow Lake Store Road.
n At 3:43 p.m. an employee at St. Mary's therapy department reported the theft of $80 and a Target gift card, taken from her purse either at work or at Wal-Mart.
Saturday, July 28
n At 11:46 a.m. the theft of a backpack was reported at 10KLF.
n At 9:24 a.m. it was reported that several young people had broken into the old store in White Earth village.
