The following items were taken from reports at the Detroit Lakes Police Department and Becker County Sheriff's Department:
Friday, July 16
At 11:38 a.m. the Minnesota State Patrol responded to an accident with minor injuries on Highway 10 in Audubon.
At 11:31 p.m. the Becker County Sheriff's Office received a report of possible gunshots in White Earth.
Saturday, July 17
At 1:26 a.m. a White Earth Police officer reportedly swerved to avoid a deer when he rolled his vehicle on County Road 21. The officer was not injured.
At 9:02 a.m. a Fargo woman reported she was walking her dogs in the morning when attacked by two other dogs.
At 3:58 p.m. a Frazee woman reported the theft of a Wii game and a drill set.
At 4:33 p.m. an Ogema man reported the theft of three guns from his house in the last three weeks. He said two chainsaws were also taken from the garage.
Sunday, July 18
At 2:07 p.m. a Detroit Lakes man reported a break-in and the attempted theft of a tractor.
At 3:23 p.m. a Detroit Lakes woman reported her house was entered while she was at the Water Carnival parade. She said the suspect used a key and was looking for a diamond he purchased for her.
At 4:50 p.m. a Callaway resident reported the theft of an iPad valued at more than $1,000.
At 6:10 p.m. a Detroit Lakes man reported damage to a gravel pit on 330th Avenue.
At 9:35 p.m. a Detroit Lakes woman reported her elderly sister receiving harassing phone calls from foreign scammers. They reportedly said they would come pick her up, take her to Walmart to get a $600 money order and in return she would receive thousands of dollars. Police advise seniors not to respond to such scams.
Monday, July 19
At 10:12 a.m. a Detroit Lakes man reported the theft of a catalytic converter.
Tuesday, July 20
At 9:19 a.m. a Detroit Lakes woman reported her residence broken into. She found items that were inside the house outside.
At 5 p.m. a Lakeview Township man reported a local church had been broken into -- the door was kicked in and firecrackers were found inside.
At 5:16 p.m. a Dino Mart employee reported a man threw a woman out of his car. According to the Detroit Lakes Police, the two had been fighting over money before he pulled her out of the vehicle.
At 6:41 p.m. a woman called Detroit Lakes police about a group of pre-teens bullying other kids on the beach.
At 7:14 p.m. the Becker County Sheriff's Office received a report of a car on fire on County Road 15 in Audubon. No injuries were reported.
At 8:49 p.m. p.m. St. Mary's EMS reported a cat bite to the Becker County Sheriff's Office.
Wednesday, July 21
At 3:10 a.m. the Frazee All in All reported a number of bad checks written by different people.
At 9:25 a.m. a Ponsford woman reported kids who smashed windows on a truck and two vans. The woman said when the kids come by "all they do is laugh about it."
At 10:07 a.m. an Audubon man reported neighbor's kids threw rocks at his car.
At 10:26 a.m. a Detroit Lakes man reported a scam letter from Jamaica, which asked him to send a $350 money order and in return receive $25,000.
At 4:51 p.m. a man reported a tree on fire being sparked by a power line on County Road 56 in Frazee. The caller did not want the fire department to respond and said he would take care of it.
At 10:17 p.m. a Moorhead man reported a break-in at his cabin on South Cotton Lake Road. He said the cabin was possibly lived in and a canoe was missing.
Thursday, July 22
At 1:19 p.m. a Detroit Lakes man reported the theft of approximately 170 hydrocodone pills from his residence. He suspects his ex-girlfriend's friend stole them.
At 2:21 p.m. Detroit Lakes man reported two rifles found in a culvert in Detroit Township.
At 3:24 p.m. the Northwest Mental Health Center reported a possible physical and sexual assault incident at Camp Cormorant.
At 4:21 p.m. a Waubun woman reported a mattress on a trailer was on fire while on the road near White Earth.
Friday, July 23
At 3:13 p.m. an Audubon man reported a youth in his trailer park offered his 6-year-old sexual favors for candy.
At 6:37 p.m. a Lake Park man reported break-ins in at least three Ogema cabins.
At 10:20 p.m. a Lake Park woman reported hearing gunshots coming from a residence behind the city offices.
Saturday, July 24
At 3:44 a.m. an Ogema woman reported a possible break-in at her residence.
At 4:19 p.m. a Callaway woman reported someone called her stating they were from the federal government and asked her for money.
