The following items were taken from reports a the Becker County Sheriff's Department and the Detroit Lakes Police Department.
Tuesday, Feb. 19
-- At 12:36 p.m. an assault was reported between inmates at the Becker County Jail.
-- At 4:21 p.m. a Detroit Lakes woman reported the theft of a 5-gallon gas can from the bed of a pickup truck parked at Wal-Mart. A witness saw young people in a vehicle take the gas can.
Thursday, Feb. 21
--At 12:39 a.m. a man on the 1100 block of Linden Lane reported his girlfriend hit him. The 28-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer.
-- At 1:52 p.m. a resident at Winchester on Washington reported the theft of a number of items over several years.
-- At 9:35 p.m. a problem with an abusive, unruly male student was reported at Detroit Lakes High School. The 18-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct.
Friday, Feb. 22
-- At 5:36 a.m. a car with White Earth plates was reported on fire on Waboose Drive, Ponsford.
-- At 4:27 p.m. a man on the 24000 block of County Road 27 reported the theft of six guns from the house, taken sometime after 10 a.m. that day.
Saturday, Feb. 23
-- At 12:31 a.m. a 36-year-old Lake Park woman was arrested for assault after hitting another woman at the Sandbar.
-- At 12:47 a.m. residents on the 1100 block of Lincoln Ave. reported that a bald man in a long black coat entered their residence. When confronted, he left, muttering "I'm so sorry." An officer tracked his footprints through yards and sidewalks for several blocks, but then lost the trail.
-- At 1:38 a.m. a fight was reported at the Sandbar between a 26-year-old Lake Park man and a 25-year-old Detroit Lakes man. They both took off when a police officer arrived.
-- At 3:12 a.m. a woman reported her purse had been stolen from the Main Street Liquor Store in Ogema.
Sunday, Feb. 24
-- At 5 a.m. an apparently intoxicated woman fell and hit her head at the VFW, resulting in an ambulance taking her to the emergency room, where she reported that she had been sexual assaulted. After treatment she was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
-- At 1:43 p.m. a woman at Mountain View Estates reported the theft of a Sony Vio laptop computer valued at $800.
Monday, Feb. 25
-- At 10:36 a.m. a theft was reported at Community Development Bank of Ogema. Two laptop computers were stolen sometime after Feb. 2.
-- At 1:10 p.m. a Frazee man reported an ice auger was stolen from Maplewood Resort.
--At 3:53 p.m. Holiday convenience store reported the theft of lottery tickets on Sunday.
-- At 8:24 p.m. a man ran a snowmobile into a culvert on County Road 6. A wrecker removed it from the water.
