Dent woman ordered to serve probation for kidnapping story in Fargo
FARGO - A woman who lied to police about being kidnapped has been ordered to serve two years of supervised probation for the April incident.
East Central Judicial District Court Judge Steven Marquart sentenced Deborah Lee Monson, 26, today to one year in jail, with all but 30 days suspended. He gave Monson credit for 30 days spent at Prairie St. John's in Fargo, meaning she will not spend any time in jail.
