Detroit Lakes, Minn., woman arrested after abandoning a vehicle on train tracks
A 24-year-old Detroit Lakes woman was arrested in Dent shortly after midnight this morning after allegedly abandoning a vehicle on the train tracks.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office responded to a call from Canadian Pacific Railroad that a car was stuck on the tracks in Dent.
Deputies responding to the scene discovered that the vehicle, which appeared to have been driven off the road, was unoccupied.
The registered owner of the vehicle, Libby Latoya, was discovered near the scene and was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.
