On May 13, 2007, police officers responded to her home on a report of a person there having a knife and being possibly suicidal.

While looking for the knife, officers found a bottle in her purse containing eight Clonazepam pills for which she did not have a prescription.

Clonazepam is a highly potent anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant and anxiolytic.

She appeared Dec. 19 before District Judge Peter Irvine, who stayed imposition of sentence for five years and placed her on supervised probation for five years. She must serve 90 days in jail and pay a $500 fine plus court fees, with STS privileges granted.

She must also follow the recommendation of chemical dependency and mental health assessments.
