Dilworth man injured in motorcycle accident
DOWNER - A 27-year-old Dilworth man remains hospitalized after a motorcycle accident Sunday west of Downer.
Levi Pender and his passenger, Cory Johnk, 25, of Maple Grove, were thrown from the bike when it went off a curve on County Road 10 and 130th Street just after 8:30 a.m., Sheriff Bill Bergquist said.
The caller said one of the men was unconscious and the other had a head injury but was walking around.
Pender was airlifted to MeritCare Hospital in Fargo. His condition was not immediately available, and authorities haven't been able to talk to him, Bergquist said.
Johnk was treated at the hospital and released.
