DL Boys Hockey - Icemen string together third consecutive win
The winning streak grew to three games for the Detroit Lakes boys' hockey team, as they bobbed above .500 for the first time this season with a 4-3 record.
The Lakers used a two-goal second and an insurance tally in the third to down Wahpeton/Breckenridge Thursday by the score of 3-1.
DL goalie MacKenzie Steele recorded 29 saves in the win, while each of Kyle Herrmann and Taylor Magnuson found the net in the second period to put the Lakers up 2-1.
