DL Girls Tennis - Lakers swat 'Jackets 6-1

It was a positive route through Perham for the Detroit Lakes girls' tennis team, which sunk the Yellowjackets 6-1 Thursday.

The victory included three singles wins and a sweep in doubles play for the Lakers.

Katie Anderson took the No. 1 singles match with a 6-0, 6-1 win over Hannah Brenk, while Kathryn Kinney followed with a hard-fought win at No. 2 singles.
