DL man seriously injured after stroke causes big rig accident
A benefit account has been set up for Jerry Pesicka of Detroit Lakes after the trucker of many years suffered a stroke while driving. The accident happened on Interstate 5 in California on February 7, leaving him in a coma. Pesicka has since had four brain surgeries and remains in a California hospital. His wife, Cathy, is currently trying to gather the funds to fly out to be with her husband, so family has set up a benefit account to cover this cost and those that will surly come with an extended medical stay and extensive recovery process.
