Eleonora Clark, 92, of Moorhead, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 10, 2008, at Golden Living Center in Moorhead.
Eleonora A. Horn was born to Herman and Lena (Wohler) Horn on Aug. 21, 1916, in Clay County, near Felton, Minn., where she grew up and attended school. She married Ralph Clark on April 10, 1944, in Moorhead. He passed away on January 12, 1986.
Eleonora was always active in various congregations within the Missouri Synod, the most recent being Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Moorhead.
Surviving Eleanora are her four sons, Donald Clark of Glyndon, Minn., Carl (Lynn) Clark of Woodbury, Minn., Allen (Carol) Clark of San Antonio, Texas, and Herman (Karen) Clark of Georgetown, Minn.; as well as 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Ralph; her daughter, Lorraine; her parents; an infant brother, Clarence; and one sister, Emma Lakeman.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, at Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Moorhead, with interment following at the Ada Cemetery in Ada, Minn.
