Fargo burglars prepare pot of coffee, leave with nothing

FARGO -- Authorities responded to an overnight break-in Wednesday morning at MTI in Fargo in which a pot of coffee was made, but no items were taken.

An employee discovered a broken front window at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday and alerted authorities. They arrived to a strange scene: Pictures were removed from the walls of the office, and coffee was prepared. Papers were also moved, but nothing was believed to be missing from the business.

Security cameras are installed inside the business and will be removed by MTI's corporate offices before being forwarded to Fargo police.
