Fargo man arrested for resisting arrest
Fargo police arrested a 34-year-old Fargo man early this morning for resisting arrest while they were investigating a possible car prowler.
Police had been called to the 700 block of 30th Street North at 12:50 a.m. for a suspicious vehicle. A dark-colored sport utility vehicle had pulled into a parking lot twice, once without its lights on, and idled in the parking lot near some garages.
When police approached the vehicle, Daniel Curtis Flyinghawk fled on foot. He was taken into custody for resisting arrest. He also has a suspended license.
Flyinghawk was taken to the Cass County Jail and was later released on bond.
