In North Dakota, Wahpeton reported about 3 inches; Valley City had 2 inches. The Grand Forks airport had 0.5 inches and downtown Grand Forks got barely more than a dusting at 0.2 inches, the NWS sad.

In Minnesota, the snow was still accumulating, but Bagley and Parkers Prairie had 2 inches, and Fergus Falls and Detroit Lakes had 1 inch each, the NWS said.

Today is expected to be blustery, with winds out of the north and northwest of 15 to 25 mph, which could cause some drifting and ice up east-west roads, forecasters said.

Temperatures are expected to hit a high of 17 in Fargo-Moorhead, with a low overnight into Tuesday of 4 degrees below zero.
