Fergus Falls man sentenced for role in burglary
A Fergus Falls man was convicted and sentenced Friday in Becker County District Court on a felony charge of aiding an offender in the commission of a crime.
Devin Matthew Ladwig, 18, of 38296 425th St., Fergus Falls, was given a stayed prison sentence on conditions including completion of four years of supervised probation, 30 days in jail and payment of $1,085 in court fines and fees. If he successfully completes probation, the charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor conviction on his record.
Ladwig was accused of driving two individuals to Pro Systems in Detroit Lakes on July 10, 2013, and waiting outside while they proceeded to steal multiple items of merchandise and cash from inside the store.
