Fergus Falls voters approve $2.7 million bond for sports facilities

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – It took three tries, but the Fergus Falls School District finally got voters’ approval to revamp sports facilities at Kennedy Secondary School here.

Voters on Tuesday approved a $2.7 million bond referendum to fund the school’s facilities plan by a 62 percent to 38 percent margin, with 2528 voting yes and 1535 voting against the plan, according to the district office.
