Fight in Fargo apartment leads to aggravated domestic assault arrest
FARGO - Police say a Nome, N.D., man is accused of fracturing a woman's jaw and holding her against her will during a domestic incident at an apartment here.
Officers were initially called to the apartment in the 2200 block of 33rd Avenue South at 11:53 p.m. Sunday. A man and woman were arguing, and no enforcement action was taken, Fargo Police Sgt. Ross Renner said.
Neighbors called police back to the apartment at 12:40 a.m., and police heard people fighting inside the apartment, Renner said.
Police arrested Earl Noah Hanson, 30, on suspicion of aggravated domestic violence and terrorizing and also with felonious restraint for not allowing the woman to leave the apartment, Renner said.
The 33-year-old woman was taken to Innovis Health, Renner said.
