Former Minnesota State University-Mankato football player recovering from beating

MANKATO, Minn. - The former Minnesota State University-Mankato football player who was beaten outside a Mankato bar last spring has recovered enough to be able to visit his former teammates this week.

Isaac Kolstad returned to his hometown of Mankato to visit a football practice and former co-workers at Fastenal, according to a post by Molly Kolstad, his wife, on his CaringBridge.org site.
