Frazee man accused of domestic assault
A Frazee man was arrested and charged with six felony counts of domestic assault after an incident that happened at an East main Frazee residence.
Morgan Kendrick James Fincher, 18, faces a maximum of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine for each of the counts.
According to the report, authorities were called to the residence on June 25. Fincher reportedly first picked his 12-year-old brother up and threw him to the ground before cocking back his fist as if to punch him. The report states the father of the two involved intervened before he could hit the child.
It goes on to say that a 13-year-old sister then told him to leave, after which time Fincher allegedly slapped her twice in the face and threatened her.
The father reportedly intervened again, and Fincher then allegedly punched him in the head and grabbed him by the throat, dropping him to his knees before putting him in a headlock.
Another sibling reportedly pulled Fincher off his father before Fincher allegedly threw hot water from the stove at his father and brother before leaving the scene.
Fincher has adjudications for assault from Oct. 1, 2013 and three assaults from Aug. 20, 2013.
