Frazee man caught with 90 grams of meth
A Frazee man made his first appearance Thursday in Becker County District Court on a felony charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance.
Kyle David Ketter of 12823 270th Ave., Frazee, was charged after a search warrant was executed at his Frazee home on Feb. 10, by officers of the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force and the Becker County Sheriff's Department.
The search of his home yielded drug paraphernalia including packaging materials, disguised digital scales, and glass smoking pipes.
In the basement, officers found a small coin purse with a white crystal substance inside, later identified as containing .6 grams of methamphetamine.
A glass container commonly known as a bong was also found, containing a liquid substance that was also later identified as meth, and weighing 90.3 grams.
Ketter is currently in custody at the Becker County Jail pending his next court appearance, at a June 20 Rule 8 hearing before District Court Judge Peter Irvine. His bail has been set at $25,000 with conditions, or $75,000 without conditions.
