Frazee man remains in critical condition following crash
A Frazee man remains in critical condition in a Fargo Hospital after his pickup truck was hit broadside by another pickup truck on Highway 10 near Frazee on Thursday morning.
Terry Green, 54, suffered serious injuries, according to the CaringBridge website his family has set up for him.
KDLM Radio reports that Green suffered brain trauma with swelling and bruising, skull and facial fractures. His jaw, collarbone, and all of his ribs are broken. Both of his lungs were punctured and he has very low blood pressure.
Green was airlifted to Sanford Hospital in Fargo after his truck was hit broadside on the drivers side as he attempted to cross the highway at the intersection of Highway 10 by Morningside Motel just west of Frazee. The driver of the other vehicle, 36-year-old Terry Birkeland of Frazee was treated at the Detroit Lakes hospital and released by Thursday afternoon.
