Frazee man sentenced for exposing himself to children
A Frazee man was sentenced to jail for exposing himself multiple times to two young girls he babysat.
Brian Trevor Jahnke, 48, was sentenced to four years prison that was stayed. He will instead spend 180 days in jail and pay a $1,160 fine.
Jahnke was found guilty of two felonies for possessing and distributing child porn and two gross misdemeanors counts of fifth degree criminal sexual conduct involving children under 16.
According to the report filed with the Becker County District Court, the incidents happened between Christmas of 2012 and Easter of 2013.
The girls, who are now 10 and 13 years old, were interviewed by staff at the Red River Valley Children’s Advocacy Center. They said Jahnke would expose his privates to them by pulling up the leg of his shorts when he was babysitting them at his home on Highway 54 in Becker County.
The youngest child also reported that Jahnke would force her to sit next to him on the couch and watch pornographic videos.
A search warrant of Jahnke’s computer turned up a picture of a juvenile female engaged in a sexual act.
In addition to the nearly six months in jail, Jahnke was also ordered to pay a $1,160 fine.
