Frazee woman appears for writing bad checks

A Frazee woman made her first appearance Tuesday in Becker County District Court on a felony charge of issuing dishonored checks.

Elizabeth Marie Kilfoyl, 45, of 317 Walnut St., Frazee, is accused of writing over $623 in bad checks at several Detroit Lakes businesses between August and December of last year.


Her next court appearance will be at a pretrial hearing set for July 21 with Judge Joseph Evans.
