FREE admission Thursday at DLCCC
The Detroit Lakes Community and Cultural Center will host a free community day on Thursday, May 6, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The center will be free and open to the public during this time.
From 4 to 6 p.m., "Hank the Hound," the inflatable floating dog will be in the pool, and the giant slide will be set up in the Fieldhouse. The public is encouraged to come out and enjoy all the great things there are to do at the DLCCC, and have a little fun for free!
The DLCCC staff will also be making a big announcement you won't want to miss! (See page 1A for details.)
The Detroit Lakes Community & Cultural Center (DLCCC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that provides quality experiences to learn, grow and play to Detroit Lakes and the surrounding communities. Since opening, in December 2001, the DLCCC has become the most visited public building in Detroit Lakes.
The Center is equipped with a state of the art pool and fitness area that serves more than 3,000 members and the 837-seat Historic Holmes Theatre, which brings in acts from around the world and provides a stage for local entertainers.
