If you have ever worked or browsed in an antique shop, you know that cookbooks are wildly popular collectibles. They chronicle our history and culture through the kitchen; the center of our homes.
Anybody have a good recipe for headcheese? How about pickled pig's feet? Many cookbook collectors choose to limit their collection to books by professional chefs, books on one subject such as apples, books put out by a certain food company and many other limiting factors.
