Glyndon growth, Highway 10 issues topic of input meeting tonight
GLYNDON - An open house meeting is scheduled tonight for Glyndon residents to discuss updating the city's comprehensive plan and a U.S. Highway 10 feasibility study.
The comprehensive plan update will address community issues respective to land use, transportation, parks/recreation, infrastructure, housing and economic development.
The Highway 10 Feasibility Study is intended to establish and analyze corridor alternatives relative to access management principles, mobility issues, projected traffic volumes by 2035, safety and growth projections.
The public input meeting - designed to solicit comments, concerns and ideas - will run from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Glyndon Community Center.
The comprehensive plan and feasibility study are being done coordinated with the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments.
