Grand Forks police officer found guilty in reckless endangerment case
GRAND FORKS - A jury on Wednesday returned a verdict of guilty against David O'Toole, a Grand Forks officer charged with reckless endangerment in connection with a traffic stop in wind chills of 42 below that left Jason Hickman's ears frostbitten.
O'Toole, 32, was charged with a misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment for his alleged involvement in the Feb. 10 incident.
