Callaway Horizons Farmers Market is at 10:30 a.m. on the south edge of Callaway. It is open to the public. Vendors are needed, and proceeds are all yours. It is open every Sunday.
St. Theodore's Church, Ponsford-Pine Point, hosts a spaghetti dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost is $6 for adults, under 12 are $3 and under 6 are free. There will be prize drawings as well.
Leave it to Beavers
Tamarac Wildlife Refuge presents "Leave it to Beavers" at 2 p.m. Take an intriguing look into the world of beavers. Learn about some amazing adaptations this creature has acquired over thousands of years of evolution. Visit a beaver dam and lodge and learn how this large rodent played a role in Minnesota's history. Meet at visitor center for program and caravan to beaver site.
Old Timers Dance Club
The Old Timers Dance Club hosts a dance from 2 to 6 p.m. in the Rockin' Horse Cafe in Richville with Julie Lee and the White Rose Band. Come and enjoy the fun.

The women's bowling Sundown League meets at 7 p.m. in Voyageur Lanes.
LP Garden Club
Lake Park Garden Club meets at 7 p.m. in the city center. Garden Talk is by Peggy Stellmach, program review of Horticulture Show, Pumpkin Festival plans, and lunch by Peggy Stellmach.
The Lakes Area Birding Club meets at 7 p.m. in the Detroit Lakes Library meeting room. The presenter will be Wick Corwin, who will speak on the Peregrine Falcons in downtown Fargo. Visitors are welcome.
Leader Dog presentation
The Hubbard County Historical Society presents a program on Leader Dogs for the Blind after their monthly meeting at 7 p.m. in the museum meeting room. The public is invited and families are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served. For information, call Karen at 732-5237.
