A dulcimer jam is set for 6:30 p.m. in Lincoln Park, 207 Park Street, Detroit Lakes (use the Park Street entrance).
The April MAC/NAPS program distribution will be held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Applications are available at St. Luke’s; to qualify you must be at least 60 years of age and meet the USDA income guidelines.
Better Choices, Better Health
Sanford Health is offering a free Better Choices, Better Health Workshop from 6 to 8:30 p.m. inside the conference center at Minnesota State Community & Technical College-Detroit Lakes. These workshops, developed by Stanford University, are for anyone with ongoing health problems and their support people, to help them live fuller, healthier and more active lives. Robotics spaghetti feed
The Frazee-Vergas Kaotic Robotics team will host a spaghetti feed and silent auction from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Frazee Event Center. The silent auction will feature approximately 100 items; admission to the spaghetti feed is by free will donation. All proceeds will be used to help the team attend the world robotics championship.
Adult Spanish Club
On the 5th of each month, join the adult Spanish Club at El Loro to practice your conversation skills. Drinks are at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7.

Flea market, craft fair
There will be a flea market and craft fair at the Waubun Community Center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m,, hosted by Adams American Legion Auxiliary Unit 436. There will be crafts, food, beverages and many other items for sale; raffle drawings and more.
All City Choir Concert
The All City Choir Festival Grand Finale Concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the gymnasium at Detroit Lakes High School. Guest conductor Michael Culloton of Moorhead will direct a choir of more than 500 DLHS students. Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for students in grades 6-12 and free for those in grade 5 and younger. Maple Syrup Fest
Vergas’ Maple Syrup Fest pancake and sausage breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. inside the Vergas Event Center, with live entertainment, maple syrup booths and more. The “Saps Running” 5k Walk/Run begins at 9 a.m. in front of Vergas hardware; participants can sign up beginning at 7:30 a.m. inside Billy’s Bar & Grill for $25, or register online in advance at www.cityofvergas.com for a $5 discount. The post-Easter egg hunt starts at 11 a.m. outside Vergas Assisted Living and St. John’s Church, and there will be a raffle drawing following the pancake feed inside the Event Center. Weather permitting, local syrup producers will also offer sugar house tours throughout the day.
