The January MAC-NAPS distribution is from 3 to 5:30 p.m. in St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, DL. Applications are available at St. Luke’s Church; to quality you must be at least 60 years of age and meet the USDA income guidelines.
Heart O’Lakes Genealogical Society holds its regular meeting and Christmas party on the second Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Becker County Museum. The meeting is open to the public. Anyone who is interested in researching their family history is invited to attend. There will be some time to research following the meeting. Park Rapids Friendly Squares host a square dance at Century School. Jim Lizakowski will be calling. Rita Lizakowski will be cueing. Plus is from 7:30-8 p.m., Mainstream is from 8-10. Club members will provide a potluck lunch after the dance. All square dancers and spectators are welcome.

Celebrate Winter Trails Day with the Laurentian Lakes Chapter, North Country Trail Association at Maplelag Resort.
