High bail set for man accused of selling cocaine at 10KLF
Bail has been set at $100,000 for a man accused of selling cocaine at the 10,000 Lakes festival.
Vaushawn Andre Johnson, 27, of 5211 Bass Lake Road, Apt. 1, Crystal, Minn., has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony first-degree controlled substance crime, sale.
He was arrested Saturday, after security personnel allegedly saw him selling drugs at the Lake Sallie Campground.
He allegedly tried to drop several small bags of cocaine when confronted by the security workers. It amounted to 13.7 grams of cocaine, and he also had $1,002 in cash on him when arrested, according to court records.
He appeared Tuesday before District Judge Peter Irvine, who set bail or bond at $100,000 and set his next court appearance for Aug. 4.
