THIEF RIVER FALLS - The Thief River Falls man run over by a train early Sunday is facing a long recovery, his sister said Tuesday from Regions Hospital in St. Paul.
"He's still on the machine," said the sister, who declined to have her name published. "He can't talk or anything."
Delbert Ray Fineday, 21, was found lying on the Canadian Pacific Railroad tracks in Thief River Falls about 1:50 a.m. Sunday, police said.
