'Invisible' flood wall to go up in downtown EGF
The city of East Grand Forks says it will begin erecting its temporary, so-called "invisible" flood wall on Friday.
Parking will be restricted. The closure will not affect access to either DeMers Avenue or the Sorlie Bridge. Early completion will allow the city to focus on other areas of flood protection if warranted, the city says.
