Have you heard there are more benefits to drinking tea than water?
Quite a few of us must have, since tea is the most widely consumed beverage on the planet after water!
Researchers at King's College, London, U.K., found, according to team leader, Dr Carrie Ruxton, a Public Health Nutritionist, that tea is better for you than water because all water does is rehydrate you.
"Tea rehydrates you and provides antioxidants. With tea you get two benefits."
